Take a look at our new comprehensive clinical program, The Collective. The program consists of a comprehensive holistic care team for clients with goals to improve their mental health and the overall human experience.

Designed to address the diverse needs of individuals experiencing mental health challenges. The approach involves considering not only the psychological aspects but also the social, physical, and spiritual dimensions.

Clients will work with different clinicians, multiple days per week, to maximize growth and healing.

Individual Therapy

Our clients will have a primary therapist to provide assessments, clinical counseling services, and design the collaborative approach with other care team members to address holistic well-being.

Performance Psychology • Mental Skills Training

Sport, health, and performance psychology techniques will be implemented to increase mental skills.

Skill Building •

Yoga Therapy

Clients will engage in yoga therapy. This step will utilize yoga for therapeutic purposes while adhering to trauma-informed principles to create a safe and supportive environment.

Group Work •

Meditation Group

Clients will build community with meditation group sessions intended to learn and apply techniques to cultivate present-moment awareness and stress reduction.

Energy Clearing •

Sound Therapy

By aligning the client’s brain electrical activity with the frequency of the external stimuli, sound therapy sessions can influence mental states and promote various cognitive and emotional benefits.
