Peak performance sessions are specialized to assist clients in maximizing their potential and achieve optimal performance in various areas of their lives. These sessions focus on a wide range of areas, including sports performance, academic or professional achievement, creative endeavors, leadership skills, and personal development. The goal is to help clients identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, develop effective strategies, and maintain peak mental and emotional states to achieve their goals.


Namasport Mental Health Workshops

Our workshops are designed to raise awareness, provide education, and teach skills related to mental health. We combine our mental health topics with practices such as energy clearing, breath-work, and movement. They address both the psychological and energetic aspects of mental health.

Namasport Mindfulness Sessions


These sessions involve practicing mindfulness techniques to cultivate present-moment awareness, non-judgmental acceptance, and emotional regulation. They are often conducted in group settings or one-on-one sessions by trained mindfulness instructors, therapists, or educators.

Namasport Yoga Therapy Sessions


Yoga therapy sessions involve the integration of yoga practices and principles with therapeutic techniques to address physical, mental, and emotional health concerns. These sessions are conducted by certified yoga therapists who have specialized training in both yoga and therapy.

Namasport Reformer Pilates Sessions

These sessions guide clients through a series of movements designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. There is an emphasis on breath-work and mental health skills through movement of the body and stillness of the mind. Allegro 2 reformer is utilized.
