Stephanie Pinsler

Stephanie Pinsler is the founder, CEO, and clinical director at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

With a multifaceted background, Stephanie has curated a unique and comprehensive approach to mental health, blending her expertise as a Clinical Therapist, Sport Psychology Consultant, Yoga instructor, Pilates instructor, and Meditation Specialist. She earned her Master's degree in Counseling with a Specialization in Sport and Health Psychology from Adler University in Chicago, Illinois. Stephanie then furthered her knowledge by studying Integrative Meditation at Westminster University in London, England. This diverse educational background laid the foundation for the creation of the Namasport method, which integrates clinical therapy, movement, breath-work, and psychological skills.

Stephanie's therapeutic orientation is a testament to her holistic approach, drawing from various modalities such as Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Sound Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. Her belief in the interconnectedness of mind and body is evident in her commitment to bridging the gap between the two, fostering a deeper connection with the self. Passionate about pushing the boundaries of innovation in mental health, Stephanie actively seeks creative ways to direct treatment planning for both her clients and clinicians at the studio. Her dynamic approach reflects a dedication to exploring unconventional avenues for personal growth and well-being.

Stephanie divides her time between Colorado and Illinois, strategically positioning herself to realize the future goal of expanding Namasport into additional communities. Through her leadership and pioneering spirit, Stephanie Pinsler continues to shape the landscape of mental health, offering a transformative and integrated approach that transcends traditional boundaries.

Kalen Koch

Kalen Koch is a lead clinician and yoga instructor at Namasport Mental Health Studio. 

She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Graduate Certificate in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida. During this time, she also earned her yoga teacher training certification in Orlando. She truly believes in the ability to heal ourselves holistically through both body movement and cognitive transformation. She has gained substantial experience working with adolescents, young adults, and their families throughout her time as a wilderness therapist with one of the premiere Wilderness Therapy programs in Colorado. She incorporated a family-systems and solution-focused approach as she guided families on Family Quest experiences in a wilderness setting.  She has also provided parent coaching in order to facilitate the parallel process of healing alongside their child. 

In her work, Kalen brings an open, non-judgmental, and genuine mindset while blending together different modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, body-centered work, family systems therapy, motivational interviewing, and non-violent communication skills. She is also in the process of becoming certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). After establishing rapport, she integrates the approaches that best fit the needs of the person or persons in front of her. She views human connection as an important step in cultivating growth and values the relational approach to therapy. She hopes to foster a safe space for all people to flourish. Kalen is recently trained in Brainspotting and looks forward to implementing this technique with clients.

Zoë Rosenbaum

Zoë Rosenbaum is a clinician and Pilates instructor at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

She earned her master's degree in Counseling Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology (TCS). During her time at TCS, Zoe specialized in working with children, families, and groups. One of Zoe's core values in guiding and promoting healing, is grounded within a mind-body framework which is incorporated into each individual session depending on the needs of each client.  She is currently earning her Pilates teaching certification to further develop the mind-body connection with clients.

Zoe takes an eclectic framework pulling from Client-Centered therapy, attachment styles, and psychodynamic theories to inform her conceptualization, approaches, and interventions to meet clients where they are. Additionally, she enjoys creative approaches, including mindfulness, meditation, and art therapy. Zoe is certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Zoe has professional experience working with a wide range of presenting symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, grief, end-of-life stages, behavioral/emotional, dysregulation, and trauma. Zoe believes that by providing an empathetic and non-judgemental space for clients, it allows for the development of a strong therapeutic relationship.

Macee Broer

Macee Broer is a lead clinician and yoga instructor at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Macee earned her Master’s Degree in Child Development with a concentration in Early Childhood Mental Health from San Diego State University. During this time, she specifically focused on trauma-informed attachment work with young children and their families. Macee has experience working in non-profit, educational, residential, and private practice settings. She has consistently worked with adolescents, teens, and adults who have been impacted by trauma. She has extensive background and experience in trauma-processing and trauma-informed care, and approaches each client with curiosity, comfort, and compassion. 

Macee has always been drawn to mind-body connection and has personal experience in what mind-body healing can look like. She has been an athlete her entire life, played collegiate soccer, and is motivated to reach young student-athletes in their journey to navigating the incorporation of mental health in sports. 

She has naturally leaned into a more holistic approach and often incorporates an attachment, relational, and nervous-system perspective. Macee is grateful to bring her knowledge and experiences into another non-judgmental space and strives to continue to foster her professional growth in mind-body healing.

Suzanne Knight

Suzanne Knight is a clinician at Namasport Mental Health Studio. 

Suzanne is a marriage and family therapist with over 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Drawing from a diverse array of educational, career, and life experience; Suzanne utilizes a blend of therapeutic modalities. Her expertise extends to addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, and Suzanne is particularly adept at assisting clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and trauma. Drawing upon her extensive educational background, varied career experiences, and a tapestry of life experiences,

Suzanne employs a nuanced and integrative approach to therapy. Embracing a holistic approach, she recognizes the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and relational well-being. Suzanne incorporates attachment and relational perspectives into her therapy sessions, recognizing the importance of fostering healthy connections and addressing the root causes of emotional challenges.

She goes beyond conventional therapeutic modalities, crafting a personalized and comprehensive approach that resonates with each client's unique needs. With a passion for facilitating positive change and growth, Suzanne continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those she works with.

Kathleen Nelson

Kathleen Nelson is a clinician at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Kathleen earned her Master's degree in Social Work at Boston College with a concentration in Children, Youth, and Families and where she received a certificate in trauma. During her time at Boston College, she specialized in working with children, adolescents, families, and groups. In her background working with clients, Kathleen has continuous experience engaging with eating disorders, trauma, and other mental health diagnoses. From this background, Kathleen’s strengths are following the client’s lead and identifying their authentic voice. Kathleen does this through her sense of humor, grounded energy, and genuine curiosity.

She takes a broad approach utilizing Polyvagal Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Somatic approaches to inform her understanding and relationship with her clients in order to meet them where they are. Kathleen believes in utilizing meditation and other mind-body practices in order to foster safety and connection in the therapeutic setting.

Maggie Medzigian

Maggie Medzigian is a clinician at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Maggie earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Clinical Therapy with Children and Families at Loyola University Chicago. During this time, she specifically focused on trauma-based attachment work, cognitive behavioral therapy, and group therapy with adolescents who have been impacted by trauma. Maggie has worked with adults, adolescents, families, and couples in a variety of community-based, school, residential, and private practice settings.

Throughout her clinical work, Maggie has become increasingly more passionate about the mind-body connection and supporting clients impacted by injury-related traumas, chronic pain, and other physical needs. The effect that injury, chronic pain, mobility issues, and the trauma and grief associated with these experiences can have on mental health is profound. Simultaneously, the impact that emotions can have on physical healing is equally as profound and often feels defeating. Maggie believes that through deepening the mind-body connection and treating the self holistically, we can increase both physical and mental well-being.

Maggie approaches her work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based and integrative perspective emphasizing holistic healing. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, family systems therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, breath work, and other somatic and nervous-system approaches. She is also currently earning her certification in pain reprocessing therapy to further deepen her work with clients. Maggie strives to create an inclusive and non-judgmental space that fosters safety, recognizes strengths, and values individual needs and experiences.

Bridget Montgomery

Bridget Montgomery is a clinician at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Bridget earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Northwestern University. During her time at Northwestern, she was an emerging scholar and graduate assistant with research interests in mental skills training for athletes, ethics, eating disorders, and the application of Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO DBT) to athlete populations. Bridget has worked with adolescents, adults, families, and groups in private practice settings. Prior to becoming a mental health therapist, she worked in event management for the Bank of America Chicago Marathon, ran competitively, and taught college writing at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

As a former competitive athlete, Bridget has always been curious about the mind-body connection, how athletes use their bodies to move their minds, and how athletes limit or enhance their performance with their mindset. She enjoys integrating philosophy and mindfulness into her sessions, and she believes in a holistic, compassionate, and collaborative approach to mental healthcare. 

Bridget is passionate about building rapport with her clients and creating a therapeutic space that is hopeful, non-judgmental, empathic, respectful, and warm. She believes every client deserves a safe space to explore their values, goals, passions, and story. She uses evidence-based and holistic approaches in her sessions like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), RO DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. She is committed to meeting her clients where they are and to helping them pave their path toward healing. 

Bridget’s four-year-old dog, Loki Blue, often joins virtual sessions.

Captain

Captain is a therapy dog at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Captain is an eight year old Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier and began his work within his first year of life. Captain is passionate about enhancing the benefits of therapy with his positive and calming energy. Merely his presence is therapeutic.

Kat Carter

Kat Carter is an instructor and digital creator at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Kat is a yoga instructor and movement specialist. Kat’s goal is to create a safe and inviting space for people to let go and reconnect to their authentic selves. Her classes offer a unique style of playfulness, exploration and motivation that inspire her students to take their practice to the next level - both on and off the mat.

Kat completed her yoga teacher training in 2015 in Bali in the Ashtanga and Iyengar lineages. She then spent two years studying dynamic anatomy in New York with international movement educator Dr. Eric Franklin. Kat's classes combine visualization, movement and music for a whole-body approach to mental health.

She offers weekly yoga and Ecstatic Dance events around Summit County, leads events at our Frisco studio and retreats around the world.

Elizabeth Brumfield

Elizabeth “EJ” Brumfield is a sound healer and yoga instructor at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

She creates a safe, nurturing space that allows for inner healing and moments to touch the divine within us. To her, these ancient tools (Breathwork, Sound, and Yoga) serve as profound medicine that help us return to our inquisitive, joyful, natural Self.

EJ has been teaching, studying, and practicing all over the world for over 10 years. She has served as lead teacher for multiple 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings around the world from India, to Malta, to Indonesia, to Colorado.

Cherise Gary

Cherise “Cheese" Gary is a yoga instructor and reiki practitioner at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Cheese specializes in a variety of classes and methodologies. From yin to vinyasa, she always makes sure to dust a touch of magic and insight into each class. Her goal is to empower. To create a space that breeds compassion, confidence, and connection. She recognizes that being a human being is a complex and sometimes tricky thing. It's her hope to spread love on thick with a mindfulness-based approach.

Cheese feels a pull to provide a channel for deep self discovery, and hopes to provoke a rich sense of healing on an individual level. She believes we all have an immense amount of beautiful energy to work with, and feels so honored to have the chance to help facilitate.

Chris Stratton

Chris Stratton is a reiki healer at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Chris is a reiki master teacher and somatic therapist. He aspires to work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, and mood disorders. His work can relieve pain, promote relaxation, and improve self-esteem. Chris will work closely with your therapist to assist in treatment planning

Leslie Glenn

Leslie Glenn is a yoga instructor at Namasport Mental Health Studio.


Leslie's journey to yoga began as a professional snowboarder. Yoga not only improved her athletic prowess but brought balance and presence to all parts of her life. These experiences have heartened her to follow her dreams, live with purpose, revel in moments of everyday magic and to teach yoga. Her yoga practice remains a beacon of light as she navigates the joys and challenges of everyday life, including a recent journey surviving breast cancer. Leslie's classes explore mindful movement, stability, breath, meditation and intention to inspire her students to connect with their highest potential both on and off the mat. She believes yoga is for everyone and works to make all of her classes accessible and inclusive.

Leslie is always learning and growing in her practice and understanding of yoga and she is grateful to all the teachers who she has had the opportunity to study with over the years. She is a 500 hr Registered Yoga Teacher with certifications from both Meta Yoga Schools and Para Yoga.  Her advanced studies have been informed by the Himalayan Tradition, Rod Stryker, Judith Lasater, Kari Kwinn and Tracee Stanley among others.

Sarah Antonucci

Sarah is a sound healer and craniosacral therapist at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Sarah completed her 500-hour yoga teacher training in Bali, Indonesia. While in Bali studying anatomy as it applied to yoga postures, she realized there was more to learn. This hunger for knowledge brought her to massage therapy school which opened up the wonder that is the human body. She believes that while life is ever-changing, the practice of movement can be a constant; and while most things in life are out of our control, one thing we can control is our breath. In her classes, connection to the breath comes first.

Sarah leads Nervous System Resets for clients at the studio to guide them through a state of heightened stress when the sympathetic nervous system is in overdrive. This practice naturally shifts the sympathetic overload to activate the parasympathetic response, the state of rest and healing.

Katie Pfeiffer

Katie is the Outreach and Partnerships Coordinator at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Katie is a dynamic advocate for mental well-being and community empowerment. With a rich academic background encompassing Transpersonal Psychology, Fine Arts, and Women's Studies; Katie brings a multifaceted perspective to her work. Driven by a deep passion for holistic healing, Katie will be pursuing a graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her journey has been enriched by immersive studies in meditation and mindfulness at Naropa University, where she cultivated a profound understanding of mental clarity and self-awareness.

Combining her diverse expertise with a creative and empathetic approach, Katie excels in fostering meaningful connections and empowering individuals. Katie collaborates with diverse stakeholders to promote mental well-being and resilience through organizing events, forming partnerships, and facilitating workshops.

Gina Wolfe is the billing manager at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

She oversees the systems and processes concerned with financials at the practice. Gina has over twenty years of business management experience and applies her vast knowledge of organization to solve difficult problems and provide efficient solutions.
