between the lines
Between the Lines
Between the Lines is a virtual, clinician-led, reflective book club designed to support intentional readings and community reflection.
This book club creates space to slow down with meaningful texts —exploring ideas, language, and frameworks that shape us.
Each gathering invites thoughtful discussion, curiosity, and connection, balancing clinical depth with the human heart. Alongside conversation, sessions will include a grounding somatic practice to help integrate what we’re reading — inviting the body into the learning process and supporting insight beyond the intellectual.
This offering is in partnership with Building Hope, an initiative rooted in expanding access to meaningful mental health experiences.
Our Book Collection
A growing collection of resources that have shaped the way we think about healing and being in community. These are the works our practitioners and members return to again and again.
