Healing for Healers

For those who hold space for others, this is your space to pause, breathe, and receive. Healing for Healers is a monthly gathering at the Silverthorne Pavilion and In Partnership with Building Hope designed to help you reset, restore, and reconnect—because this is time for you. Each session offers a different experience, weaving together restorative yoga, mindfulness, and intentional group connection to help you release what you carry, ground into your own needs, and flow back into your work feeling renewed.

Awaken

A Psychedelic-Assisted Healing Experience

A Namasport experience for deep insight, emotional release, and reconnection with self. Awaken is a sacred container where ceremony, compassionate connection, and neuroscience guide a psychedelic journey designed to support healing from the inside out.

Awaken provides a carefully held and structured space invite self-exploration and nurture spiritual growth. The process is gentle, intentional, and guided, allowing insights to unfold gradually and be integrated into daily life.

Inner Landing

A Namasport experience for grounding through breath, awareness, and nervous system regulation. Inner Landing ia a soft place to land after navigating the currents of stress, tension, or overwhelm.

Inner Landing nurtures both the physiological and emotional layers of healing to regulate from the inside out, increase resilience, and return to a grounded state of being.

Restorative breathwork for nervous system regulation and balance

Polyvagal-informed practices for cultivating safety and connection

Here, each individual is invited to pause, reflect, and engage with nurturing practices. Through guided intention, mindful presence, and ritualized experiences, participants can release what no longer serves them, cultivate clarity, and embrace the transformative energy of the moment. This space fosters connection—not only with oneself but also with the collective energy of others on a similar path of growth and conscious living.

Embodied Roots

A Namasport experience for cultivating embodied awareness and emotional balance through the language of the body. Embodied Roots invites exploration of the mind–body connection through gentle somatic practices, guided awareness, and integrative skills that foster resilience and presence. This group offers a grounding and restorative pathway to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with the body as a source of wisdom and healing.

Embodied Roots integrates mindfulness, movement, and relational connection to deepen understanding of how emotions live within the body and how mindful attention can support growth and transformation.

A Namasport experience designed to awaken vitality and balance through sport psychology and embodied awareness. Mind in Motion invites clients to explore how somatic skills influence mental states, emotional flow, and stability. Through education and guided awareness, this practice cultivates clarity, focus, and an expanded sense of presence.

Each session encourages participants to move with curiosity and intention, supporting emotional release, energetic balance, and renewal.
