Healing for Healers
For those who hold space for others, this is your space to pause, breathe, and receive. Healing for Healers is a monthly gathering at the Silverthorne Pavilion and In Partnership with Building Hope designed to help you reset, restore, and reconnect—because this is time for you. Each session offers a different experience, weaving together restorative yoga, mindfulness, and intentional group connection to help you release what you carry, ground into your own needs, and flow back into your work feeling renewed.

Ritual Connection
A sacred space for honoring transitions, spiritual alignment, and intentional living. A ceremonial atmosphere that allows participants to step into deeper meaning and personal connection. Here, each individual is invited to pause, reflect, and engage with nurturing practices. Through guided intention, mindful presence, and ritualized experiences, participants can release what no longer serves them, cultivate clarity, and embrace the transformative energy of the moment. This space fosters connection—not only with oneself but also with the collective energy of others on a similar path of growth and conscious living.
Offerings include:
Seasonal or lunar rituals (new moon intention setting, full moon release)
Guided visualization
Elements-based practices (earth, air, fire, water)
Chanting, breath-work, or meditation focused on spiritual expansion
Journaling, oracle cards, or intuitive practices
Mindful Frequencies
A recalibrating experience using intentional sound and meditation to release emotions and attune the mind and body. Participants are guided to gently let go of tension and foster inner clarity, balance, and a sense of expansive presence. This experience creates a safe, supportive container for transformation, allowing insight, peace, and vitality to naturally emerge.
Offerings include:
Slow-flow or yin yoga practice to move stagnant energy
Sound therapy or vibrational healing techniques
Visualization meditations for energetic alignment
Emotional release work through sound
Somatic inquiry or nervous system resets through movement and stillness
Integration of neuroscience behind sound and mental health
Beyond the Breath
This workshop invites clients to reflect inward and explore their edges—challenging cultural or personal expectations while returning to authentic expression. The breath is the anchor, leading clients into deeper presence and connection.

Guided meditations focused on shedding layers or limiting beliefs
Discussion or dialogue around identity, self-expression, authenticity

Chakra balancing
The Unwind
Namasport’s signature experience exploring mental health through integral mindfulness. Participants engage in movement, breathwork, sound, and reflective practices designed to cultivate presence, release tension, and support balance. This immersive offering invites gentle reconnection with self, fostering clarity and ease.

Embrace
A Namasport series exploring seasonal awareness and embodied connection. Rooted in somatic therapy and contemplative practice, Embrace offers a framework for tuning in—physically, emotionally, and energetically—to moments of transition. This space supports inner reflection, alignment with natural cycles, and intentional movement into what’s next.

Return to Self
This offering acknowledges how abuse affects the body, mind, spirit, and soul emphasizing healing through awareness of physical sensations and emotional experiences stored in the body. With a foundation in ethical clinical standards, it creates a safe, supportive space to process trauma while fostering restorative relationships that rebuild trust and empower survivors. Through this approach, individuals can begin to release the effects of abuse, reconnect with their inner strength, and move toward holistic healing and resilience.

Elemental Yoga
A Namasport experience at for inner balance through the wisdom of nature’s elements. Elemental Yoga invites participants to explore the connection between the natural elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air—and the inner landscape of mind, body, spirit, and soul. This practice offers a structured, yet intuitive pathway for emotional grounding, release, flow, and expansion. Each session draws from the rhythms of nature to support somatic awareness, self-regulation, and personal insight. Rooted in Namasport’s holistic approach, Elemental Yoga supports clients in developing emotional literacy, nervous system awareness, and alignment with the cycles of nature.
