The Collective
Namasport is revolutionizing mental healthcare through its comprehensive clinical program, The Collective. The Collective integrates mindfulness, somatic healing, neuroscience, and psychotherapy to support clients as they bridge the gap between mind and body. The Collective provides clients a holistic approach to healing by offering them a menu of therapeutic options to tap into their intellectual, emotional, and spiritual energy. The Collective includes Namasport’s entire team of talented clinicians, from psychotherapists to yoga instructors to sound healers.
How The Collective Works
At Namasport, clients begin their journey with an individual therapist who functions as their primary therapist. The therapist and client work together through an intake and assessment process, and then engage in several sessions that include a period of insight and exploration. Once the therapist and client co-create a map toward healing, the client has an opportunity to engage with The Collective in the following ways:
Clinical Counseling - Individual Therapy
Performance Psychology - Mental Skills Training
Yoga Therapy - Somatic Healing and Skill Building
Meditation - Mindfulness Work (Group or Individual)
Sound Therapy - Energy Clearing
Brainspotting - Focused Mindfulness/Trauma Treatment
Nutrition Therapy - Nourishment
The Collective is rooted in evidence-based treatments that center our clients’ needs. This means that a client might engage in individual therapy while also adding sessions in performance psychology, nutrition, and meditation, or yoga therapy and sound therapy. The goal of The Collective is to give clients autonomy, freedom, connection, and accessible choices toward integrating their mind, body, and spirit.
Why The Collective and Why Now?
At its core, Namasport believes that healing happens through connection, collaboration, and a collective approach that centers the client and bridges the gap between mind and body. Current research highlights that we are struggling with mental health and isolation more than ever, despite more access to mental healthcare and a reduced stigma around mental health.
Namasport believes that we heal with a more radical approach to mental healthcare, an approach that embraces multiple, evidence-based treatment modalities beyond traditional talk therapy. At Namasport, clients have the opportunity to engage in individual counseling, yoga therapy, meditation, sound healing, among other modalities, centralized in the same studio. Access to multiple treatments promotes mental well-being at the same time that it boosts connection and meaning. We seek to help clients unwind, move beyond the breath, and engage in mindful frequencies that create a new symphony for living with passion and purpose.
The Community
In addition to The Collective, clients have opportunities to join the team at Namasport in their Chicago, Frisco, Denver, and Boulder studios for the following community events:
