Healing for Healers • In Partnership with Building Hope

For those who hold space for others, this is your space to pause, breathe, and receive. Healing for Healers is a monthly gathering at the Silverthorne Pavilion designed to help you reset, restore, and reconnect—because this is time for you. Each session offers a different experience, weaving together restorative yoga, mindfulness, and intentional group connection to help you release what you carry, ground into your own needs, and flow back into your work feeling renewed.

Ritual Connection

with Leslie Glenn

This is a sacred space for honoring transitions, spiritual alignment, and intentional living. A ceremonial atmosphere that allows participants to step into deeper meaning and personal connection

Offerings include:

Seasonal or lunar rituals (new moon intention setting, full moon release)

Guided visualization

Elements-based practices (earth, air, fire, water)

Collective altar building

Chanting, breath-work, or meditation focused on spiritual expansion

Journaling, oracle cards, or intuitive practices


Mindful Frequencies

A recalibrating experience using intentional sound, movement, and meditation to release emotional residue and attune the mind, body, and spirit, and soul.

Offerings include:

Slow-flow or yin yoga practice to move stagnant energy

Sound therapy or vibrational healing techniques

Visualization meditations for energetic alignment

Emotional release work through sound

Somatic inquiry or nervous system resets through movement and stillness

Integration of neuroscience behind sound and mental health


Beyond the Breath

This workshop invites clients to reflect inward and explore their edges—challenging cultural or personal expectations while returning to authentic expression. The breath is the anchor, leading clients into deeper presence and connection.

Offerings include:

Conscious connected breathwork or expansive breath techniques

Guided meditations focused on shedding layers or limiting beliefs

Discussion or dialogue around identity, self-expression, authenticity

Integrative movement (yoga or somatic exercises)

Sound healing, or breath-to-movement practices

Optional partner work to explore connection and shared presence

The Unwind

A signature Namasport experience focused on ritual offerings and community connection. A restorative, centered space where participants can release, soften, and return to stillness.

Embrace

A Namasport series exploring seasonal awareness and embodied connection. Rooted in somatic therapy and contemplative practice, Embrace offers a framework for tuning in—physically, emotionally, and energetically—to moments of transition. This space supports inner reflection, alignment with natural cycles, and intentional movement into what’s next.


Offerings include:

Guided meditation or yoga nidra

Gentle movement to support grounding and presence

Sound immersion and vibrational healing

Journaling or introspective prompts

Altar offerings to honor collective meaning


Alchemized Restoration

A Namasport experience for nervous system reset and emotional renewal. Alchemized Restoration is a clinically informed, somatically grounded offering that supports the transformation of internal stress into spaciousness, balance, and ease. Through a curated sequence of restorative practices, participants are invited to slow down, release accumulated tension, and reconnect with inner resilience. Rooted in the Namasport Pathways, this workshop holds space for both restoration and transformation—a space where the body and mind can recalibrate and align.

Offerings include:

Guided yoga nidra for deep rest and subconscious integration

Sound therapy (gong, crystal bowls, or tuning forks) to support emotional regulation and energetic clearing

Breath practices to engage the parasympathetic system

Gentle movement or somatic settling

Reflective prompts to anchor insight


Elemental Yoga at Outer Range

A Namasport experience at Outer Range for inner balance through the wisdom of nature’s elements. Elemental Yoga invites participants to explore the connection between the natural elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air—and the inner landscape of mind, body, spirit, and soul. This practice offers a structured, yet intuitive pathway for emotional grounding, release, flow, and expansion. Each session draws from the rhythms of nature to support somatic awareness, self-regulation, and personal insight. Rooted in Namasport’s holistic approach, Elemental Yoga supports clients in developing emotional literacy, nervous system awareness, and alignment with the cycles of nature.

Themed yoga sequences inspired by each element

Breathwork to attune to elemental qualities within the body

Guided meditative inquiry and visualization

Journaling or intention setting aligned with the elemental focus
